RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
LEGAL RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must contact the customer service of Céline Victor eU at Starhembergstrasse 19, 4020 Linz, Austria, on behalf of EMP Strategies LLC, (returns to this address will not be accepted, please contact our support via live chat or email for the return address) via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly in our live chat by means of a clear declaration of your decision to revoke from this contract.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Please note that we only take back and reimburse unused, complete and originally packaged products and sets.
The invoice amount will be reimbursed to you - after checking the returned items - via the payment method you used. After receiving your products, the refund will be made within 10 working days.
For damaged items, contact us at: email@example.com with your order number and a hash sign in front of it in the subject. (e.g: Subject: # 1023).
Please also include photos of the damaged item to ensure fast processing.
A non-delivery fee of EUR 35 will be charged for items that are not accepted. The non-delivery fee will be deducted from the payment method used at check-out and will be deducted from any refund or credit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
CV BEAUTY by CÉLINE VICTOR is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all instructions. If the package is returned to you with postage due, it is the responsibility of the customer. CV BEAUTY by CÉLINE VICTOR does not reimburse any additional costs.
